Tailor-made trip

Your tailor-made trip to Bolivia

Designed for you, by someone passionate about Bolivia.

The Salar de Uyuni, the lagoons of Sud Lípez, the altiplano volcanoes, La Paz and its cholitas: Bolivia is raw, high and intense, and it has to be earned. Drawing on my travels on the ground, I build the itinerary that's right for you, at your pace and in your image. All you have to do is enjoy.

Why plan your trip with me

A Bolivia I know, designed only for you

A country I've truly explored

I've travelled across Bolivia, from the Salar de Uyuni to La Paz. I only tell you about places I've seen and lived myself.

A trip in your image

No off-the-shelf circuit, no copy-paste. Not the trip I would have taken, but yours, built around your pace and your wishes.

The logistics are on me

Altitude, 4x4 tours, distances and the right seasons: I compare, I select, I organize everything. You get a clear guide, ready to live.

Me, from start to finish

Off the beaten track

The Bolivia that feels like you

Bolivia isn't a destination you improvise. Between the Salar de Uyuni, the lagoons of Sud Lípez, La Paz perched above 3,600 metres and the tracks of the altiplano, the altitude, the distances and the roads all need to be anticipated. It's a raw, powerful country, best lived when it's well prepared.

I've explored Bolivia from the inside, meeting its wildest landscapes and its people. I've tested the 4x4 tours on the Salar, slept in remote corners, wandered the markets among the cholitas, chased the best light and the good addresses.

I know how to build a trip that flows, without suffering from the altitude or spending your days on dirt tracks: where to start to acclimatize well, when to cross the Salar, how to link Sud Lípez, La Paz and Lake Titicaca, where to sleep and which guides to go with.

With SensVoyage, I create a tailor-made trip to Bolivia for you, far from off-the-shelf tours. Not the trip I would have taken, but yours: designed around your pace, your wishes and your way of travelling.

You travel with peace of mind, a clear and personalized travel guide in hand, and the feeling of living a Bolivia that's more real, more raw, more your own.

What we can imagine together

A few ideas for your trip to Bolivia

Four 4x4s in a row and their reflection on the Salar de Uyuni turned into a mirror after the rain

The Salar de Uyuni, mirror of the sky

The largest salt desert in the world: a white immensity in the dry season, a perfect mirror after the rain. An extraordinary experience, at the right time of year.

High-altitude lagoon and snow-capped mountains of Sud Lípez with a 4x4 on the shore in Bolivia

The lagoons of Sud Lípez

Red and turquoise lagoons, geysers, high-altitude deserts and pink flamingos: Bolivia's most unreal landscapes, by 4x4 all the way to the Chilean border.

Llama in golden grass in front of the snow-capped Sajama volcano and an Andean village church

Volcanoes, llamas & altiplano

Sajama National Park, the Andean villages and the herds of llamas: the Bolivia of the high plateaus, wild and silent, far from everything.

Colourful houses and cable car overlooking La Paz with a snow-capped mountain in the background

La Paz, a vertical city

The highest capital in the world, its cable cars, its markets and its cholitas: a lively, dizzying city to explore neighbourhood by neighbourhood.

Choosing the right time

In Bolivia, the season changes everything: passable tracks and big blue skies, or the Salar turned into a giant mirror. I help you pick the window that fits your trip and the landscapes you want to experience.

The ideal time

The dry season

May → October

Clear skies, passable tracks and starry nights: the best time to cross the Salar on dry salt, explore Sud Lípez by 4x4 and travel the altiplano without nasty surprises.

The mirror effect

The rainy season

November → March

Showers on the altiplano, but it's also the season when a thin layer of water turns the Salar de Uyuni into a giant mirror. More unpredictable weather, magical for photos.

Bolivia is lived at altitude: La Paz at 3,600 m, Sud Lípez up to nearly 5,000 m. I build the itinerary so you acclimatize gently and enjoy it without suffering from altitude sickness.
