This Privacy Policy explains how SensVoyage collects, uses, and protects your personal data, as well as your rights.

1) Data controller

2) Data collected

We only collect the data necessary to manage your request and/or your travel project, in particular through our forms and appointment booking process.

a) Forms (contact / quote request)

Depending on your request, we may collect:

  • Identity: first name, last name
  • Contact details: email, phone number
  • Travel project: dates/period, destination(s), number of travelers, budget, expectations, and preferences, including dietary preferences where relevant
  • Postal address: only when necessary, for example to send a printed travel book

b) Appointment booking (Calendly integrated widget)

When you book an appointment via Calendly, data such as name, email, and possibly phone number and message/notes may be collected.

c) Accessibility information (disability / health)

In some cases, you may choose to share information related to accessibility, such as disability, medical constraints, or allergies, in order to adapt recommendations. We encourage you to communicate only what is strictly necessary.

This information is processed only to adapt the project and on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3) Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used to:

  • Reply to your contact requests
  • Prepare personalized quotes
  • Design your tailor-made itinerary and travel book
  • Contact you again as part of your project

Legal bases, depending on the case: pre-contractual measures (replying to a request, sending a quote), performance of a contract (delivery of the service), legal obligations (billing/accounting), and consent where required.

4) Mandatory nature of data

Some information is necessary to prepare a quote and offer relevant support. Without it, SensVoyage may not be able to process your request.

5) Recipients of the data

Your data is intended for SensVoyage and is accessible only to the founder.

It may pass through technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service, in particular:

  • Google Workspace (Gmail): reception and management of requests sent to contact@sensvoyage.fr
  • Calendly: appointment booking
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • WhatsApp: only if you choose this communication channel

6) Retention periods

  • Prospects (contact/quote that does not lead to a project): up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Clients (data linked to the service): for the duration of the service, then archived for a period allowing follow-up and management of potential disputes, for example 5 years.
  • Billing / accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation).

Accessibility-related information, where provided, is kept only for as long as necessary to adapt the project and is deleted as soon as it is no longer useful.

7) Cookies and trackers

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation.

If an audience measurement tool such as Google Analytics is added, a consent mechanism will be implemented before any non-essential trackers are stored.

8) Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. In that case, appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as standard contractual clauses.

9) Security

SensVoyage implements reasonable measures such as strong passwords, two-factor authentication when available, and restricted access limited to authorized persons only.

10) Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw your consent at any time when processing is based on consent.

11) Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update is displayed at the top of the page.
